I was born and raised and spent most of my life in a suburb of London, England until 1996 when my late husband and I emigrated to the United States.  Less than two years later we were faced with some unusual and unpleasant challenges, culminating in April 1998 when my husband passed away from Cancer.  Soon after his death I moved down to Rimrock, N. Arizona, onto the property we bought together.

Most of my time was spent in reflection seeking Spiritual guidance, then gradually I involved myself in artistic pursuits.

I have always loved art but never imagined I could produce it!!

Mostly self taught, I did attend an art club for some time and many of my friends are artists in one medium or another.  I learned a lot, although my work is very unorthodox in execution and design;  sometimes I look at a piece of work and just laugh out loud, but I love it and love to experiment with different styles and mediums.

My art tends to be a marriage between abstract and realism with some symbolism thrown in.

I only create a piece of artwork when I have the inspiration to work on something specific, and I stay away from commissions because when I create a piece of art it is a one-of-a-kind.  I cannot and will not try to repeat anything I do.

Most of my inspiration comes from my environment, Native American belief system, Spirituality

Artistic inspiration comes mostly from Vincent Van Gogh, Monet, Cezanne.
